01 / Pay programs
Two ways to run with us. Here are the numbers for both.

03 / The equipment
Every truck is a 2026 or newer, cleaned and serviced before you get the keys.

Freightliner & Volvo
2026 model year or newer, automatic, pulling 53' dry van. Serviced at our own shop on the Powhatan yard.

Live-in ready
Fridge, microwave, inverter, double bunk and extra storage in every unit. You are out three to four weeks at a time, so the cab has to work.

Powhatan, VA 23139
One terminal, one yard, one shop, with secure parking. We cover your travel to orientation.
Winter routing
In winter we route around heavy snow and mountain passes. It is built into how we dispatch.
Dedicated lanes
Same freight, same routes, week after week. You learn the clocks and sit less.
You are never alone
Real dispatchers, round the clock, at least five years of experience each. A person picks up when you call.
Advance pay
Need money mid-week while you are out? Ask dispatch for an advance. Drivers bring this one up a lot.
Where you will run
Midwest, South and East — out of one terminal in Virginia.
Most of our contracted freight sits east of the Rockies, which is why the lanes repeat. We hold 48-state authority, but we will not send you chasing one-off loads across the country to fill up a week.
- Midwest — OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE, the Dakotas
- South — TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, GA, FL, the Carolinas, VA, WV
- East — MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY and New England
04 / Bonuses
Safety and referrals pay cash.
One rule that goes with it: phones stay down during roadside inspections. Zero tolerance, strict penalty. A clean inspection record is what keeps these lanes ours.
Referral bonus
Per driver you bring who stays
$300
Clean DOT inspection bonus
- Level 1 inspection
- $500
- Level 2 inspection
- $250
- Level 3 inspection
- $150
05 / Driver standards
Clear rules, premium support, and no hidden surprises.
01Dedicated high-mile lanes & flexible home time
Long-haul repeat routes with real miles on them, usually 4,000+ a week. You tell us when you need home time and we schedule around it.
02Advanced safety & driver protection
Two dashcams, mainly so a false claim from another driver does not land on you. The inward camera is off during non-driving hours.
03Quick pre-trip protection
Two minutes of tire and rig photos a day. When damage shows up, it gets billed to the shipper instead of following your record.
06 / 1099 in plain English
You will be a business, not an employee.
Both programs are 1099 independent contractor positions. You need an LLC and an EIN before we can pay you. If you have only ever driven W-2, read this part twice. It is the most common reason a good driver quits in month two.
Ask a recruiter about setting up an LLCYou file your own taxes
Nothing is withheld from your settlement. You set money aside every week and pay quarterly, including self-employment tax, which covers both halves of Social Security and Medicare.
No employer health insurance
You buy your own coverage. Put it in your budget as a real line item, the same as fuel.
Your expenses come off your income
Fuel, tolls, scales, maintenance, per diem and gear are deductible business expenses. Keep every receipt. A bookkeeper usually pays for themselves in the first year.
Settlements are pre-tax
Nothing is withheld from your weekly settlement, so set money aside for quarterly taxes and your own insurance. We will walk through the math with you on the phone.

What drivers say about running with us.
“This is the strongest team I've ever been a part of in my 9 years of driving. If I can't get ahold of someone who usually handles an issue, I can get ahold of somebody else. As a driver I don't feel abandoned — and dispatch is very good at finding the routes, they don't have me sitting and waiting.”
Adam R.Driver · 9 years OTR “You guys keep us out of the mountains and northern states when it's snowing and icing — major plus. And you listen to drivers: if a driver is overly tired and wants to rest a day, you allow it so he can keep running. You don't beat the driver up.”
Henry T.Driver “Your communication is better than most companies — you really work together as a team. I've been driving 8 years and 8 months and dealt with a lot of different companies, so I'd say you guys are doing pretty good.”
Michael J.Driver · 8+ years OTR
- “Dispatch really cares about their drivers and is really quick to respond if anything happens. I don't have anything bad to say.” — Henry R.
- “Y'all keeping me running, you keep me with a load.” — Jervanthy J.
